Our website packages offer professional website designs based on premium WordPress templates and themes. They are idea for a property that might want more flexibility in a design than our membership sites offer.
Our custom packages can usually be turned around and be live in about 6 weeks or less, the timeframe really depends on how quickly we get content and approval for designs and page content. If you need help writing content we can supply that for some of the pages depending on the package you purchase.
What is the average cost of a website?
There are many factors that influence the cost of a website and our packages start at just $1499 for a basic website that includes moving content from your current website. We can also include some refresh of photos with stock images and our sites are SEO ready.
What about Hosting?
Our custom websites come without a hosting package, for the most part we find that properties already have a web host and would prefer to keep with the same company. We can work with most of them to add your new site, there are some that might not be up to standard and we will certainly let you know if that is the case ahead of time so you can find other hosting. We do suggest that any new site be made with https and that may mean paying for an SSL with your current hosting company.
Need new hosting? We offer hosting plans at just $45 a month.
Where will you build my website?
We build all our sites on a hidden server so they do not interfere with your current website and they are hidden from the search engines. Once we have gone through our initial tests we will send you the link so you can give feedback on any edits you need made.
What about changes to my site prior to going live?
We give you one week after the initial design is approved to provide changes at no charge, after that any further edits may inure longer build out times and additional fees.
Pricing starts at $1497 for a site to be migrated from a current site into a new WordPress instal, built with HTML5, CSS3, that is responsive and uses https.
